Wat ga je doen?
Als Menger ben je een onmisbare schakel in ons productieproces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig samenstellen en mengen van grondstoffen volgens vastgestelde recepturen. Je werkt samen met collega’s in een professioneel en informeel team, waarbij veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking voorop staan.
Heb je ambitie om verder te groeien? Mooi! Wij bieden je namelijk volop doorgroeimogelijkheden, bijvoorbeeld richting de functie van Operator.
Wat wij vragen
- Je hebt een can-do mentaliteit – een specifieke opleiding is niet nodig
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent flexibel
- Je bent communicatief vaardig en resultaatgedreven
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse én Engelse taal in woord en geschrift

Core Responsibilities
The Mixer is responsible for accurately assembling and mixing raw materials according to established recipes. They work within a production team to ensure safety, quality, and efficient output.
Requirements
No specific formal education is required for this role, though a can-do mentality is essential. Candidates must be fluent in both Dutch and English and possess a flexible, detail-oriented approach.
