Ready to build the foundation for the next generation of AI? Trimble is seeking an innovative leader to drive our Agentic Services Platform, creating the primary conversational interfaces that will transform how the world designs and builds. You will empower a global developer community, shaping an AI-native culture while delivering world-class platform tools that turn complex physical work into seamless digital solutions.

About Us:

Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. With relentless innovation in precise positioning, modeling and data analytics, Trimble enables essential industries including construction, geospatial and transportation. Whether it's helping customers build and maintain infrastructure, design and construct buildings, optimize global supply chains or map the world, Trimble is at the forefront, driving productivity and progress.

AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be at the ground floor of shaping how a global company leverages Agentic AI, owning the strategic roadmap for the core platform and APIs that power our entire ecosystem. You will have a tangible impact by enabling a new generation of solutions for the AECO industry, acting as a visionary leader who bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI engineering and real-world customer experiences.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Champion a compelling vision for conversational and agentic AI, identifying key opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and scalability.

  • Lead the design of intuitive, robust APIs, acting as the unwavering voice of the developer to ensure an exceptional technical experience.

  • Spearhead collaboration with matrixed engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and timely feature launches.

  • Develop and manage a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on developer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.

  • Drive agile project management efforts to keep development organized and transparent while proactively mitigating risks across teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You have 8+ years of technical product management experience with a focus on platforms, APIs, or enterprise software infrastructure.

  • You possess a proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-enabled products in a fast-paced environment.

  • You demonstrate deep empathy for developers and a passion for creating tools that enhance their productivity and workflows.

  • You are a natural communicator with a talent for influencing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders at all levels.

  • You have strong analytical skills and a proactive, self-starter mentality with a sense of ownership over foundational technologies.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience specifically within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) software space.

  • Familiarity with large-scale agentic workflows or sophisticated LLM integrations.

  • Previous experience in a startup environment or a "ground-floor" corporate initiative.
