Jouw Taken:
- Als Safety Specialist breng je de veiligheidsbehoeften van eindgebruikers in kaart en vertaal je deze naar passende PBM-oplossingen van Milwaukee.
- Je brengt mogelijkheden op het gebied van veiligheid en PBM van Milwaukee in kaart.
- Je bezoekt bestaande eindgebruikers en werkt samen met collega’s uit het JSS-team om PBM-verkoop te stimuleren.
- Nieuwe kansen in de markt? Jij ziet ze en weet ze om te zetten in concrete afspraken.
- Je organiseert en begeleidt veiligheidstrainingen op locatie, inclusief toolboxes en live demo’s.
- Dankzij jouw uitleg en begeleiding kunnen JSS-collega’s zelfstandig met klanten aan de slag.
- Als echte ambassadeur van Milwaukee ben je aanwezig op beurzen, open dagen en demonstratie-evenementen.
- Jouw kennis deel je ook intern, zodat de hele organisatie leert over de PBM-oplossingen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met het de afdeling veiligheid en weet samen strategieën te realiseren en rapporteert over de voortgang van verkoopactiviteiten.

Core Responsibilities
The Safety Specialist identifies end-user safety needs and translates them into Milwaukee PPE solutions while driving sales through site visits and collaboration with the JSS team. They are responsible for organizing safety training, conducting live demonstrations, and acting as a brand ambassador at industry events.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses strong commercial insight, excellent presentation skills, and a passion for safety and PPE. They must be energetic, persuasive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
