As part of the Singapore Airlines customer support team, you’ll be the first point of contact for passengers, travel partners, and corporate clients.
You’ll support customers via phone, email, and digital channels, helping them with bookings, ticket changes, refunds, and travel information.
You will be representing one of the most respected names in global aviation.
Your daily tasks include:
- Assisting passengers with flight bookings & changes
- Explaining ticket rules, fees & policies
- Processing refunds & reservation updates
- Supporting travel agencies & corporate partners
- Ensuring every customer interaction reflects a premium airline experience
This role gives you strong international experience in:

You are:
- Fluent in Dutch (C1+ level)
- Confident in English

Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus,
but mindset matters more than CV length.

Core Responsibilities
You will serve as the primary point of contact for passengers and corporate clients, managing flight bookings, ticket changes, and refunds. Additionally, you will provide support to travel agencies while ensuring every interaction maintains the premium standards of the airline.
Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in Dutch at a C1+ level and possess a confident command of English. While previous customer service or hospitality experience is considered a plus, a service-oriented mindset and the ability to relocate to Athens are the primary requirements.
