De functie
Als Business Analist ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de organisatie en IT. Je haalt wensen en behoeften op, analyseert processen en vertaalt deze naar heldere en werkbare oplossingen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders en IT-teams om ervoor te zorgen dat systemen, processen en informatievoorziening optimaal aansluiten op de praktijk.
Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van informatiesystemen, het verder professionaliseren van requirements management, het versterken van kwaliteitsbewaking en het ondersteunen van data-analyse en softwareontwikkeling.
Wat zoeken wij?
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding.
- Circa 5 jaar relevante ervaring als Business Analist, Informatie Analist of vergelijkbaar.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
- Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en samenwerking tussen business en IT.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een communicatieve instelling
- Een ondernemende, betrokken en collegiale houding.
- Goed organisatiebewustzijn en het vermogen om verandering in goede banen te leiden.
- Pré: een relevante certificering zoals BCS Foundation, IIBA-AAC, CCBA/CBAP of een Certified Agile Business Analyst-certificaat.
- Pré: kennis van BPMN, Agile of Scrum-methodieken.
De organisatie bestaat uit een team van ongeveer 45 consultants die zich volledig richten op Business Analyse. De cultuur is persoonlijk, toegankelijk en informeel. Je schakelt gemakkelijk met collega’s en krijgt veel ruimte om jezelf te zijn en je eigen pad te bepalen.
Je kiest opdrachten die passen bij jouw ontwikkeling en ambities. Daarbij wordt actief met je meegedacht en krijg je ondersteuning in elke stap van je groei als consultant. Het gaat om afwisselende opdrachten bij uiteenlopende organisaties, zoals grote corporates, uitvoeringsinstanties, gemeenten, onderwijsinstellingen en andere maatschappelijke organisaties. Opdrachten duren vaak één tot anderhalf jaar, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Salaris tussen €3.000 en €8.000 op basis van ervaring, inclusief flexibel component.
- 32 tot 40 uur per week.
- Leaseauto of €650 mobiliteitsbudget.
- 35 vakantiedagen.
- Onbeperkt opleidingsbudget, zonder studieovereenkomst.
- Mogelijkheid om certificeringen te behalen, zoals BCS, BPMN, SAFe en PSPO.
- Laptop en telefoon van de zaak.

Core Responsibilities
You will act as the bridge between the business and IT, gathering requirements and translating them into effective solutions. Additionally, you will focus on professionalizing requirements management, improving information systems, and supporting data analysis.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor or master degree and have approximately 5 years of relevant experience as a business or information analyst. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Dutch.
